1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
2. Change-of-mind returns
If you are a consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items should be clean, unused and in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please include your order number inside the package so we can identify the return.
We recommend using a suitable postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
4. Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can advise on the next steps.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and process any refund due.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.
We may reduce a refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. If possible, please also include photographs of the item and packaging.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
